In order to perform the following magical training and development exercises, you must maintain a state of the relaxed focus for a short period of time. Exercise for Focus and Increased Life Force

Assume a comfortable position in a place where you can relax undisturbed for a few minutes.

1. Inhale very deeply to the count of 6
2. Retain this breath in your lungs for the count of 3
3. Exhale completely to the count of 6
4, Hold for the count of 3
5. Repeat the previous steps 10 to 15 times

You do not have to do this perfectly to benefit from it. It is ideal if you can breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. If for some reason, you cannot do this, then breathe in and out through your mouth only. Upon each exhale, imagine that dirty, depleted energy is leaving your body.

If you have a part of your body that is tense or where you are feeling any pain, focus your breathing on this part of your body. For example, if you have a pain in your right knee, as you exhale, see the depleted or damaged energy flowing out of that part of your body. Upon the inhale, see the fresh, vibrant, white-bluish energy coming into the right knee and energizing the cells of the body in that location. Use this breathing exercise to increase your personal storage of life force energy. Use the same 6-3-6-3 breathing formula as before. But, this time keep all of the energy in your body and do not expel any upon exhale. Inhale as before, visualizing the white-bluish the energy coming into your body, but as you exhale, instead of seeing the energy go out with your breath, use the force of your breath to further condense and push the energy into the cells of your body. Upon each repetition, you will see your body filling up with this vibrant energy, which becomes denser and more vibrant upon each inhale and exhale.
